Rainfall and real time James River flow and levels.

Each year during the Batteau Festival we encountered water levels which were well above normal and which threatened to cancel the festival. We relied on the information which is available through the sites listed below to determine what the actual current flow was and what was predicted. If you spend any time at all on the James or other Virginia Rivers these sites can be an invaluable resource.
